Returns and refunds
Satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may obtain a refund. If you wish to initiate the return, please contact us on Instagram @bayarri_copenhagen no later than 3 days after receiving the product. We will send you the return slip, which should be included with the returned package. Any costs made for returning the goods will be carried by you. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected. All returns should be sent back in the original packaging provided at delivery and should include original tags attached. Products returned that fail to meet these standards will not be accepted and thus refunded. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange the product for another product. This is mostly for the reason we are not dealing with sizes. Thus, you should be sure when you are placing the order. If you wish to purchase another Product he/she will have to place a new order on the Website. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment. Bayarri is not responsible for packages lost by your chosen shipping carrier. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Delivery policy
We proceed with your order as soon as possible and we will notify you by e-mail when it is ready to be shipped. We offer free shipping with all purchases. The delivery within the EU usually takes 3-6 business days. Delivery worldwide can take a longer time. The international customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes, in case they appear. We will preserve a proof of delivery receipt that contains your confirmation of delivery. We recommend that you also retain the proof of delivery for your own records.
